Majority color
A dotted rectangle in a specific colour indicates that most cells inside the zone must be of that colour (more than half). The border colour itself tells you which colour must dominate.
This rectangle must have a majority of black (because its dotted border is black).
It already has 1 white cell and the majority must be absolute so the rest must be black.
The same principle applies to the rectangle in the middle of the puzzle.
This last rectangle must have a majority of white (because its dotted border is light gray).
It already has 1 black cell and the majority must be absolute so the rest must be white.
