Column count / Row count
A number in a circle above a column indicates how many cells of that color must be in that specific column.
A number in a circle to the left of a row indicates how many cells of that color must be in that specific row. This is the horizontal counterpart of Column count.
This row must contain 4 black cells so it must be fully colored black.
This column must contain 4 white cells and only has 4 free cells so they must be all white.
This row must contain 1 white cell and it already has 1 white cell so the rest must be black.
This column must contain 2 black cells and it already has 2 black cells so the rest must be white.
